Misty Khachatrian, Neurophysiologist
Misty Khachatrian is a neurophysiologist with a Master’s degree in neuroscience, deeply passionate about exploring the connection between the brain, body, and breath. As a breathwork facilitator, she guides others into deeper states of awareness, healing, and nervous system regulation through conscious breathing practices.
Beyond her scientific work, Misty is a devoted wife and mother, grounded in the rhythms of family life and inspired by the beauty of the natural world. She is also an artist and hula hoop teacher, weaving creativity, movement, and play into all that she does.
Her work exists at the intersection of science, embodiment, and curiosity—bridging intellectual understanding with lived, felt experience.
