Conscious Connected Breathwork helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Please join me for one of these events to learn more!
About this Event

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a breathing technique where there are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale, creating a circular breath. CCB allows us to titrate between a ventral vagal state (relaxed) and the sympathetic state (activated), helping us to access unconscious emotions, insights, and memories through presence.

Practicing Conscious Connected Breathwork changes our physiology by:

  • lowering our heart rate and reducing cortisol levels
  • improving our nervous system
  • reducing lactic acid build up in muscle tissue
  • balancing levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood
  • increasing feelings of calm and ease

Which directly helps our bodies release:

  • feelings of stress and anxiety
  • old patterns and addictions
  • rigidity and stuck emotions
  • and past trauma that our bodies are holding

Please join me for a special night at the Inca Street Collective, integrating breathwork, somatic exploration, sound, and scent.

What will be provided:

  • Clean pillow, blanket, & mat to safely relax on.
  • Complementary eye pillow (to take home with you)
  • Tea break, integration and processing after the session

-Through sound, gentle and appropriate touch, circular breathing, and movement, CCB allows us to connect to the present moment with our felt sense, bringing us back to our authentic selves and back into our bodies.-

How to prepare:

  • Avoid eating 30 minutes prior to the event
  • Please do not eat a heavy meal prior to the event
  • No alcohol or other mind-altering substances prior to or during the event (refraining from mind altering substances 24 hours prior to and after event helps with breathwork integration)
  • Drink lots of water before and after the event

During the session you may experience a range of emotions including sadness, grief, or joy. Visions, imagery, and insights may arise. You might also experience physical symptoms such as tingling, warmness in the body, or cramping in the hands (tetany). You also might not experience any of these symptoms.

Please know this will be held in a safe environment where everyone is welcome, and I will be there to help support you and guide you. We will have time to integrate and process our breathwork journey, which is an integral part of the breathwork session.
