About this Event
A group breathwork workshop using conscious connected breathwork to develop new or deeper trust with our bodies, relieve anxiety and tension, explore our subconscious experience and experience the beautiful potential of our own inner wisdom. These workshops are a beautiful opportunity to come together as a community seeking healing and transformation for those with experience with breathwork and those who are new to the practice.
Breathwork has been a life changing practice for me navigating chronic illness, recovery from substance use and a deep desire to understand my gifts and purpose for this life.
