About this Event
✨ Winter Solstice Conscious Breathwork Ceremony
A sacred breathwork journey to honour the longest night. Guided circular breathing, sound, and ritual space to release stagnant energy, explore shadow, and awaken inner light as we welcome the sun’s return. Expect emotional release, tingles, warmth, altered states, and moments of deep clarity and renewal.
Please bring:
- Water
- A journal + pen
(Blankets and eye masks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.)
Arrival & Access:
Parking is available at both the front and rear. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session to settle in.
Important Health Notice:
This session is not suitable for individuals with:
- Heart conditions
- High/low blood pressure or blood disorders
- Epilepsy or seizure history
- Asthma or severe respiratory conditions
- Brain injury, stroke, aneurysms
- Retina issues or detachment risk
- Pregnancy
