April 5th Conquer the Canuck training run at Shades Mills Conservation Area. Everyone welcome even if you aren't registered for the race.The 6.25k course will be marked by 9am and we will meet by the shelter at the boat launch and head out as a group. Flags will be removed starting at 11:00 am.
You're welcome to arrive at any time or stay longer and run solo.
Please email [email protected] to let us know if you're joining us. Please provide your phone number in case we need to cancel last minute.
If we need to cancel for any reason, we will communicate via social media and will email/call anyone who has RSVPd.
Please note that you will need to pay the gate fee or use your GRCA membership pass to get into Shades. We recommend carpooling with a friend who has a pass if you don't have one.
