Hello! I'm Susanna, a Nutritional Therapist and pharmacist. I specialised in weight loss and eating disorders.

My mission is to help both men and women achieve lasting weight loss, even if they feel they've exhausted every avenue in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.

I specialise in guiding my clients towards sustainable weight management without the need for restrictive diets, calorie counting, or forceful dietary changes. Instead, I offer tailored nutritional and lifestyle adjustments that align with my client's personal beliefs, ethics, budgets, food preferences, and daily routines.

I also love working with individuals who often grapple with concurrent medical conditions or persistent symptoms that hinder their ability to lead the life they desire. My goal is to empower you on your journey to better health and well-being.
