When I first wrote YNC during the 2020 lockdowns, I had no idea I had ADHD. I thought my popcorn brain of ideas, the confidence see saw , the priority pinball, and the feeling perpetual potential that persisted despite genuine talent and hard work... I thought that was all just... me. My personality. My quirks. And definitely my inadequacies that I needed to just keep working on.
When the diagnosis came at 53 after my then teenage daughter received hers, it explained so much about my entrepreneurial journey so far...Things I WISH to hell I'd known earlier!
And so this updated edition weaves in practical and philosophical insights from that new lens alongside the business growth and self-worth building guidance I provide every day to my small business owner clients.
