Why is being socially connected to others so important? Preventing loneliness, growing relationships with people in our work places, communities and families is more important than ever. Hear why our social health is key to positive mental wellbeing and physical health.
Guest Speaker: Helayna Jenkins MBE IEng, is the Community Partnerships Lead at the London Borough of Bromley, leading the Tackling Loneliness Strategy for people of all ages, stages of life and backgrounds. Through her work she is now commissioning services and grant funds to support community connection and initiatives to boost social health.
