Connection Lab is a free monthly workshop for LGBTQ+ folks to learn and practice relationship skills that support clearer, safer, more intentional connection.
This is a practical, supportive space — not a lecture. We’ll focus on communication, navigating conflict, and staying connected when things get hard.
You can come solo, with a partner, or as part of a polycule.
Free to attend. Registration is required. Space is limited.
