As the vibrational waves of the gong wash over you, they gently quiet the mind, soften the body, and open a doorway to inner clarity and presence. This experience invites you to remember your own innate wisdom, reconnect with your energetic essence, and allow the power of sound and meditation to guide you back home to yourself.

I have been playing this incredible instrument for nearly 15 years and it never ceases to amaze me.

Info: A thick yoga mat or single camping roll mat, eye mask, water flask and warm clothes and a warm blanket. A small pillow or cushion to support your head/knees is optional but recommended.
