Join us for a connection circle and sound bath. This gathering will open with journaling prompts as we settle in, and we will then gather in circle to share and connect with our intentions. The sound bath will calm our bodies and minds and provide space for processing and relaxation. We will circle again to share what came up for us and our experiences and takeaways.This event is facilitated by Layne Watts (artist, energy worker, and vulnerability coach) and Wes Carlson (improv musician, breathwork practitioner, and connection facilitator)
Come and spend an evening tuning in to what's important to you in a supportive and safe space.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, pillows and/or blankets, a water bottle, and a desire to connect with yourself and others.
