¿What does this session look like?
It is a session of direct transmission and reactivation of the life force energy (kundalini) at the base of our spine (first chakra).
First as a group we'll do an icebreaker with some gentle relaxing and breathing techniques in preparation of the energy work.
During the session as a facilitator I awaken your own energy through the main energy points of your body (chakras). The power of sound and vibratory resonance will help on your own phenomenal inner journey.
You just need to lay down on a yoga mat relax with your eyes closed listen to the music and surrender to the experience without expectations.
Whatever arises let it arise and be expressed.
This energetic experience may lead you to emotional states and some somatic movements released from the body. You can also feel shifts into deeper states of relaxation awareness and heightened perceptions strengthening of intuition and self empowerment.
Anything is allowed in the session however stay in your own energy and don't interfere with other people.
Some types of experiences that might happen:
✔️Energetic (still but feel energy running through their body)
✔️Visual (active third eye seeing lights/images going on astral journeys visions…)
✔️Emotional (anger sadness fear laughter joy… do not suppress this feel it and it will be released. You might want to scream cry laugh all emotional release is welcome.)
✔️Kinesthetic (body movements stretches yoga poses shaking mudras…pay attention to where you're feeling it and how your body wants to move without letting your mind interfere
✔️Bliss states
✔️Also: 10-20% might not feel anything in the first session but even they still report life-changing experiences in their everyday life. And that's what's important.
You should expect that the whole experience last around 2 hours and the sound-energy experience takes 1 hour approximately.
No previous experience is required. You just need to surrender to the experience.
At the end of the transmission we will open a safe space for you to share what you experienced and felt and I will give you some post-session guidelines for greater integration.
Many people experience the benefits and adjustments from the first session although as in any energetic process the deeper transformation occurs after several sessions.

¿How to prepare and what to bring?
- Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session
- Avoid heavy foods (red meat saturated fats etc) at least 3 hours before the session
- A light meal is okay (juice or fruits and veggies)
- Wear comfortable clothes
- A blanket or a sweater in case you get coldç
- Bring your own mat (just in case is required by the facilitator)
