Everything in nature has its own unique energetic vibration and interacts with the energies that surround it. We too have our own signature energy which is affected by our thoughts, feelings & beliefs. This is the basis for which crystals can be used for healing, particularly powerfully in a group.
Crystals also carry Earth energy since they are of the Earth. The ancients believed that they carried many secrets and codes which can be tapped into through meditation and deep listening with these beautiful and precious stones.
During this workshop, alongside an introduction to the use of crystals for healing and time to ask questions, we will meditate with a crystal of our choosing to create a unique connection and set an intention for the evening. We will then use a large and incredibly powerful Lemurian quartz crystal to create a connection within and between the group participants, and generate healing frequencies by all placing our hands on the crystal and focusing our attention.
The evening will finish with a guided crystal healing visualisation or journey. For this, you will be welcome to select further crystals to amplify your personal healing using your intuition and with guidance (as required).
You will be welcome to share as much or as little about your healing intentions and experiences as you wish. And you will also be welcome to journal about your experiences if you find this helpful.
The evening promises to be deeply healing, intimate and full of connection and beautiful energy with like-minded others.
There will be a vast array of crystals available to borrow or buy on the night at very reasonable prices.
