Connecting to Sensuality Women's Circle

This healing circle is centered on connecting to the sensuality within yourself. Sensuality is the enjoyment, expression or pursuit of sensual pleasure. During the time we will spend together, we will open and activate the sacral chakra, which is the root of our sensuality, through movement, journaling and sound healing meditation.

This healing circle is for you if:

• You feel disconnected from your sensuality
• You feel a lack of creativity and sexual energy
• You struggle with identifying and communicating oyur emotions to others
• You struggle with insecurities related to your body
• You would like to connect with other women that are interested in increasing their sensual connection with self
