But artificial intelligence is disrupting job categories faster than any pipeline can adapt. Entry-level tech hiring has been cut in half, a quarter of all jobs face radical transformation from generative AI, and nearly 40% of key workforce skills are projected to change by 2030. The familiar question — "How do we fill STEM jobs?" — is no longer the right one. The real question is: what kind of thinker thrives when the job categories themselves are shifting?
