Join us for an introductory session with The Proper Blokes Club. Men of all all ages who walk, talk and support each other. LOCAL, to you!
About this Event

This event is open to ALL DADS

Every week, men of all ages and backgrounds join Proper Blokes Club at meet up points across London to go for a walk in the local community.

We talk.

We talk about family, relationships, sport and what’s really on our minds – things like money problems, addiction, work stress and gaining access to the kids after a breakup.

We listen and support one another.

Our friendly walks and drop-ins are breaking the stigma of men’s mental health and helping men talk openly about how they really feel.

You're not alone in your struggles. There are people out there willing to help and support you. The most important things is that you need to really want to help yourself.
