Welcome to the Connecticut Health Foundation 2024 Advocacy Convening! Join us at The Bushnell Performing Arts Center for a day filled with discussions about the 2025 legislative session and networking opportunities.
During the morning, health equity advocates from around Connecticut are invited to network and share their health equity advocacy plans for 2025. After lunch, there will be presentations by:
- Deidre Gifford, MD, MPH, Commissioner of the Office of Health Strategy
- Andrea Barton Reeves, JD, Commissioner of the Department of Social Services
This is an opportunity to learn about the advocacy landscape for next year and identify opportunities to work together to achieve a common goal of health equity in CT.
