Make 2025 your healthiest year yet, right in the heart of Brooklyn’s Backyard! Join a free Connect2Care lunch and learn, presented by in partnership with and . Connect2Care provides access to primary healthcare services to New Yorkers who are under or uninsured, and educates our community on important health conditions. Each session will be held at the Prospect Park Boathouse and features a presentation led by a doctor, and some include free medical screenings.
Free lunch will be provided at all sessions. Please arrive no later than 11:45 am for all sessions.

Participating Doctors:
Dr. Noel Manyindo is an experienced public health physician, racial and health equity strategist, educator, and inclusive leader with wide experience across government, nonprofit, academic, clinical, community and consulting settings. He has served on numerous advisory committees addressing health equity and disparities for the federal government, the Congressional Black Caucus, the Obama Administration and others, receiving prestigious national awards for his leadership and organizing efforts.
