Come meet the JASA representative at the Sheepshead Bay Library and learn about the wide range of services JASA offers to support its members, including:

• Case Management Services: Comprehensive in-home assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Homemaking Services: Assistance with personal care and home maintenance.
• Supportive Counseling: Emotional and mental health support tailored to individual needs.
• Referrals to Community Services: Connecting members to additional resources and services in the community.
• Home Delivered Meals: A variety of meal options, including Kosher, Non-Kosher, Halal, Russian, Chinese, and Caribbean cuisines. Patients can choose their preferred meal type and whether they want meals delivered hot or frozen.
• Friendly Visiting: Regular check-ins to combat social isolation and provide companionship.
