About the Class:
Our signature CONNECT class is designed to reconnect you to your true nature, supporting the cultivation of authenticity, intuition and self-connection through mindful movement and Reiki.
Yin Yoga is a floor based practice that uses long sustained holds (2 to 5 mins per pose) to gently encourage the muscles to release and relax themselves. As you sink into each supportive shape, Chloe will move around the group offering Reiki healing through the gentle laying on of hands and working around and throughout your energetic field.
The intuitive combination of Reiki energy and meditative movement will deepen your healing experience and support the shifting of tension and constriction that inhibits your mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing.
About the Space:
Sacred Hearth is a home-based business that hosts small-scale intimate classes of 5 people. We share the space with 3 cats who may or may not make an appearance, so please consider any allergies before booking.
