About this Event

"Connect with the Power of your Authentic Voice" is a series of monthly workshops using the Voice as a tool for healing, self-exploration, and self-expression. Join us in May as we explore the theme of Resilience - an essential quality that enables us to navigate through life's challenges with grace and strength!

In this workshop, we'll delve into:

  • Explore what resilience means to you
  • Engage in breathing exercises and vocal warm-ups to prepare the body to express resilience
  • Discover the unique qualities of your resilient voice
  • Experience the therapeutic aspects of using your voice to express emotions and release tension

Together, we will create a safe and supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and find your resilient voice within. Come prepared to speak, listen, and transform as we embark on a journey to discover the true power of resilience expressed through our voices!
