Saratoga Reiki Room will have a guest speaker, Pastor Becca Ehrlich, (who also just became a certified Reiki Master!) joining us on Saturday March 28th from 11-12pm offering the class CONNECT WITH BREATH AND BODY,CONNECT WITH SPIRIT:Come learn about spiritual direction, somatic, and trauma-informed somatic breath work! These 3 healing modalities, when combined or used together, can help you connect with God/Source/Spirit/Universe through your body and breath. Becca Echrlich from Body Spirit Wisdom (www.bodyspiritwisdom.com) will be leading the class!
