This workshop is for ANYONE on their health and fitness journey. Maybe you’re dealing with aches and pains, low energy, mood changes, weight gain, a collection of “random” symptoms, or you just don't feel like yourself even if you feel like your doing "everything right"
I'll discuss my new book- Connect the Body Dots: The Guide to Holistically Understanding Your Health and Fitness to Find the Balance of Feeling, Functioning, and Looking Your Best - and relate this to how movement heals
As humans, we are creatures of movement—but so many of us were never taught how to truly move well. When movement breaks down, it can show up as pain, fatigue, frustration, or feeling disconnected from your body. In this workshop, we’ll focus on reconnecting with your movement at the deepest level in a way you've never been taught.
No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, this workshop will help you build awareness, restore movement, and create balance—so you can feel better, function better, and ultimately look your best.
