Move, Reflect, Connect: A Thanksgiving Practice of GratitudeThis season of gratitude, join Logan for an afternoon of movement, reflection, and community. Together, we’ll begin with a 1-hour vinyasa flow (beginner friendly) to release tension and open space for thankfulness. Afterward, you’ll be guided through a 10-minute journaling practice centered on gratitude for 2025 and intentions for the year ahead. We’ll close with 20 minutes of relaxed connection—sharing warmth, conversation, and community with fellow yogis and friends. Journals will be provided, along with coffee and tea to sip as we reflect and give thanks.
