THE PANEL
Moderated by PIAP board member, Courtney Vincent, principal and owner of Vincent Licensed Interior Design.



Kerri Peyton is the principal designer of award-winning Peyton Licensed Interior Design Inc. in Calgary. She is a Licensed Interior Designer recognized by the Alberta Association of Architects, holding degrees in Interior Design and Communications Studies from Mount Royal University.

Following her work with leading Calgary design firms and prior experience in marketing and communications at RBC Financial and WestJet Airlines, Kerri founded her own firm in 2012. Her work focuses on commercial interior design including hospitality, wellness, retail, healthcare, and childcare spaces. Kerri is a Studio Instructor at Mount Royal University and currently serves as President of Interior Designers of Alberta.



Jonathan Mattice is Managing Director of Targeted Talent and Cerberus Consulting, Canada's only recruitment and HR consulting firms exclusively focused on diversity and inclusion. Since 2018, Jonathan has led both organizations in transforming how companies approach hiring and workplace culture.

With extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, Jonathan champions diversity as essential to business success. His career spans multiple industries and includes roles in people and culture, executive coaching, and strategic consulting. Jonathan's approach emphasizes sustainable business practices, equitable hiring processes, and creating workplace environments where diverse perspectives drive innovation and growth.
