Tansylvanian Nightmare is a Boston-based trio performing traditional music from Eastern-Europe, including Romania, Hungary and Serbia. The trio is Rebecca Mac (violin), Mattias Kaufmann (accordion) and Giulia Haible (cello). The trio's repertoire comes from Rebecca and Mattias' many trips to Eastern-Europe where they have both spent significant time studying with folk musicians.
