Conflict comes about from differences in needs, values and motivations. Sometimes we complement and sometimes oppose each other. It is how we deal with conflict that counts.
- The session will help you understand ways to resolve conflict and will focus on these key areas.
- Opponents or Partners, changing attack and defence to co-operation.
- Problems or challenges, turning problems into possibilities.
- Active listening, information, affirmation, inflammation.
- Co-operative power, exploring difficulties, creating positives.
This will be an active session with participants working in pairs or small groups to work through scenarios.
