Learn how to communicate effectively, assess risk and de‑escalate conflict, low level crime and anti social behaviour, promoting a positive and proactive approach to conflict management.
By attending the course, you will learn to:
Communicate Effectively: Use clear and assertive communication to resolve issues and prevent conflicts from escalating.
Assess and Reduce Risks: Identify and mitigate risks in various conflict situations to ensure safety for yourself and others.
De-Escalate Emotive Situations: Apply techniques to calm down tense and emotionally charged encounters.
