The Confined Space Construction Awareness seminar is designed to provide students with an awareness of the 1926.1200 standard, specifically the safe management of permit required confined space entry. For those employees that will be working in confined spaces, the class will also address duties and responsibilities of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required positions.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ventilation Requirements
- Atmospheric Testing and Equipment
- Duties and Responsibilities of the Competent Person Entrant, Attendant and Supervisor
- Overview of Gas Detection Monitors, Ventilation Equipment, Retrieval Systems, and Respiratory Protection
