This is a 2 day clinic offered in individual or partnered 2 hour slots. You will learn how your nervous system functions at baseline, how your horse functions at baseline, and how you are impacting one another. This can be extremely helpful for addressing anxiety or nerves surrounding riding. You will receive a customized skill set of somatic grounding resources and have the opportunity to practice them with guidance. Get back in the saddle with confidence!
