Join our Confidence Steppers program, where women come together for medium intensity walks at a St. Charles County park, fostering connections and friendships along the way. Walk at a comfortable pace, enjoy nature, and engage in meaningful conversations as you meet like-minded women in your community, all while embracing the joy of movement and companionship.
