Join ALPFA Michigan on Thursday, August 28th from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM at Crowe in Grand Rapids for our next Quarterly Reconnect — an ERG Mixer designed to spark connection, learning, and collaboration.
Whether you’re an Employee Resource Group (ERG) member, an ally, or curious to learn more, this event is for you. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Engage in guided speed networking with conversation starters led by ALPFA Michigan Board Members
- Explore topics like Finding Your Voice at Work, Sponsorship vs. Mentorship, and Breaking Barriers as First-Gen Professionals
- Connect with professionals, students, and ERG members from across West Michigan
- Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and open networking in a welcoming atmosphere
You do not have to be part of an ERG to attend — allies and anyone interested in learning more about ERG's or these communities are welcome.
