Looking to prepare for your fall races, sharpen your speed, or just have a fun evening on the track? Join us at EGR Track for our inclusive Track Night, led by Coach Bryce Bradley from Folie Coaching!This workout is perfect for runners training for the LMCU Bridge Run, Chicago Marathon, SheRuns, GR Marathon or any other fall race—and it's equally welcoming to anyone simply wanting to explore the track, no matter your pace or experience level.
Here's what to expect:
* Warm-up and cool-down included to keep your body feeling great.
* Dynamic stretches led by our team before we begin.
* A workout (~ 3 miles) focused on "effort intervals," split into pace groups ( we have from 11-minute - 5-minute paces typically at our track nights)
* Ample breaks for rest (or optional active recovery if that's your style).
* Personalized modifications available to suit your needs—our goal is to make sure YOU feel confident and supported.
We'll have water provided to keep you hydrated and ready for action! Whether you're building toward your next race, or just looking for a good time on the track, this night is for everyone.
