Class info:
Conditioning for Acro Power Hour: Noah will lead a group workout with exercises focused on getting you stronger for acro, as a base and a flier. Each class will use some combination of bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements.
Intermediate AcroYoga: We'll go over various ways to get to and find stability in l-base extended foot to hand and hand to hand, with lots of cues and progressions to help.
Pre-reqs: Solid 15 second low foot to hand, 5 second low hand to hand
