Épluchette de blé d'Inde en après-midi: Pourquoi pas avant la rentrée scolaire? Joignez-vous à nous pour une délicieuse épluchette de blé d'Inde et profitez d'un moment avec vos proches sur nos tables de pic-nic dans le parc.
Un château gonflable sera en place aussi pour les petits qui aiment bouger!
Tout le monde est invité! Ca sera une journée pleine!
Que vous fassiez partie de la compétition artisanal ou simplement présent pour déguster, venez voter pour votre pain préféré; nous serions ravis de vous avoir à notre table.
*** Règlement du concours de pain artisanal
1- Inscription obligatoire; obtenir son numéro de participant au comptoir de la boutique du
Moulin entre 9h00-17h00 du lundi au dimanche;
2- Utilisation de 60% ou plus de la farine de blé du Moulin Egan;
3- Le participant doit s’approvisionner lui-même de la farine au Moulin Egan;
4- Le participant s’engage à ce qu’on puisse publier son nom ainsi que la recette détaillée
du pain;
5- Utilisation d’ingrédients facile à obtenir;
6- La personne doit se présenter le 23 août à 9h00, au Moulin Egan, avec 3 pains à
découper/trancher pour la dégustation du concours par le public;
7- Le vote sera fait par le public le jour même et le gagnant sera dévoilé le 23 aout à 14h00;
8- Le gagnant bénéficiera d’une récompense de 500$ et la recette gagnante sera médiatisé
sur les réseaux sociaux;
9- L’évaluation des pains tiendra en compte :
a.Sa présentation;
b.Sa tendreté/légèreté;
c.Son goût;
d.Sa texture;

*** Rules for the artisanal bread competition
1- Registration required; obtain your participant number at the Egan Mill boutique between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday;
2- Use of 60% or more wheat flour from Moulin Egan;
3- The participant must acquire their own flour from Moulin Egan;
4- The participant agrees to allow their name and the detailed recipe for the bread to be published;
5- Use of readily available ingredients;
6- The participant must arrive at Moulin Egan on August 23rd at 9:00 a.m. with three loaves to be cut/sliced for the public to taste during the competition;
7- Voting will be conducted by the public on the same day, and the winner will be announced on August 23rd at 2:00 p.m.
8- The winner will receive a $500 prize, and the winning recipe will be featured on social media;
9- The bread evaluation will take into account:
a. Its presentation;
b. Its tenderness/lightness;
c. Its taste;
d. Its texture
