Terms & Conditions
- Self contained camping only
- No chemical waste disposal on site, please take it home with you
- No dogs
- Arrival after 2pm on day of booking
- Depature by 10am following day
- No music or loud noise after 11pm
- No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch).
- No chemical toilet waste to be emptied in the clubhouse toilets.
- Ludlow RFC will not accept any responsibility for accidents on site during your stay.
- The ground is adjacent to a river and can represent a danger
- No hard standing pitches available
- No refunds will be given
- All campers to act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and LRFC Health and Safety Policy and comply with RLFC Official’s requests and Guidance.
