I Tre Tenori di Opera e Lirica Alessandro Fortunato, Francesco Fortes e Stefano Sorrentino talenti straordinari provenienti dai più prestigiosi teatri italiani, accompagnati da un quartetto d’archi e piano, si esibiranno in un programma del tutto speciale di Arie d’Opera, Canzoni di Natale e Waltzer tipici di Capodanno. Preparatevi a vivere un'indimenticabile Primo dell'Anno lasciandovi trasportare dalle sublimi voci dei Tre Tenori con un repertorio senza eguali all'interno della splendida Chiesa Evangelica Metodista, edificio di fine Ottocento particolarmente significativo per la sua architettura neorinascimentale sito nel cuore della città eterna.

CHIESA EVANGELICA METODISTA
La bellissima chiesa Evangelica Metodista, oggi usata anche come sala concerti, fu terminata nel 1895 e si trova nel centro di Roma a pochi passi da Via Nazionale e Porta Pia.
Esternamente l'edificio si presenta in stile cinquecentesco, in bugnato con alte lesene che interessano tutti i piani, e diverse finestre bifore poste al pianterreno. Il portale d'ingresso, preceduto da un cancello, dà su via ** Settembre ed è sovrastato da un timpano sorretto da colonne. L'interno della chiesa si presenta a pianta rettangolare, con matroneo a ferro di cavallo e soffitto a motivi circolari inseriti in riquadri; esso è inoltre scandito da lesene laterali di stile corinzio che poggiano su un alto basamento, e da finestre bifore a tutto sesto. L'organo a canne è opera di Carlo Vegezzi-Bossi che lo costruì nel 1895; elettrificato nel 1980, dispone di 13 registri su due manuali e pedale. Nel 1924 Paolo Paschetto decorò le pareti della chiesa realizzando le meravigliose vetrate interne; queste riprendono temi e simboli cari alla tradizione iconografica cristiana, quali il cristogramma, la colomba, il giglio, l'agnello, la lampada, la palma, il pavone, la nave, ecc. Nel 1930 fu invece realizzato il pulpito.

CHIESA EVENGELICA METODISTA
The beautiful Chiesa Evangelica Metodista, now also used as a concert hall, was finished in 1895 and is located in the center of Rome a few steps from Via Nazionale and Porta Pia. Externally the building is in sixteenth-century style, in ashlar with high pilasters covering all floors, and several mullioned windows on the ground floor. The entrance portal, preceded by a gate, overlooks Via ** Settembre and is surmounted by a tympanum supported by columns. The interior of the church has a rectangular plan, with a horseshoe-shaped women's gallery and a ceiling with circular motifs inserted in panels; it is also punctuated by Corinthian style lateral pilasters which rest on a high base, and by round mullioned windows. The pipe organ is the work of Carlo Vegezzi-Bossi who built it in 1895; electrified in 1980, it has 13 registers on two manuals and pedal. In 1924 Paolo Paschetto decorated the walls of the church by creating the wonderful internal windows; these take up themes and symbols dear to the Christian iconographic tradition, such as the Christogram, the dove, the lily, the lamb, the lamp, the palm, the peacock, the ship, etc. The pulpit was built in 1930.
