The ensemble’s dynamic, imaginative approach uplifts cross-cultural, diverse, and interdisciplinary collaboration and programming. The Quartet’s “vibrant, intelligent” (The New York Times) performances emanate from the spirit of storytelling—the name “Verona” pays tribute to William Shakespeare, one of the greatest storytellers of all time.
The program features works by Boccherini, Dvořák, Dowland, Marsalis, Tsintsadze, and Wu Man.
This performance is part of the Bill and Mary Meyer Concert Series.
The Verona Quartet are D’Addario Artists and The Violin Channel Artists. The Verona Quartet appears by arrangement with Dinin Arts Management & Consulting. Wu Man is represented by Opus 3 Artists.
