DEAD FINKS
Is New Zealand-born duo Erin Violet and Joseph Thomas playing post-punk music in the tradition of Wire, Sonic Youth and Parquet Courts. Their current incarnation is a 4 piece band based in Berlin maintain their trademark blend of hysterical cynicism and strident earnestness. Their unique position on the spectrum between sarcasm and sincerity has, for a while now, gained them scraps of attention within the underground.
Think Eddy Current Supression Ring and other southern hemispherian favourites.
