🌊 Northern Landscapes
A symphonic journey through Romantic atmospheres and Nordic inspirations, featuring one of the world’s greatest horn players: Stefan Dohr, principal horn of the Berliner Philharmoniker.
Under the direction of Giuseppe Lanzetta, the orchestra presents a program dedicated to the evocative soundscapes of Northern Europe.
🎼 Program:
- Felix Mendelssohn – Overture “The Hebrides” Op. 26 (Fingal’s Cave)
- Richard Strauss – Horn Concerto No. 1 in E-flat Major, Op. 11
- Felix Mendelssohn – Symphony No. 3 in A minor, Op. 56 “Scottish”
Stefan Dohr will be the featured soloist of the evening, bringing his internationally acclaimed artistry to the virtuosity and lyrical beauty of Strauss’s celebrated concerto.
