About this Event
Join us for an afternoon with Concéntrico, the international architecture and design festival in Logroño (Spain), to reflect and exchange on more than a decade of experimental practices in public space.
The event will celebrate the launch of the book Concéntrico: Urban Innovation Laboratory (Park Books), co-edited by Javier Peña Ibáñez and Nick Axel, followed by a conversation with Netherlands-based makers who have participated in the festival. The launch and conversation will be led by Javier Peña Ibáñez, founder and director of Concéntrico, together with collaborators including visual artist Willem de Haan and Alessandra Covini, architect and partner at Studio Ossidiana. The discussion will explore temporary architecture, urban experimentation, and public space as a testing ground for social, ecological, and cultural innovation. Followed by network drinks.
This event is made possible thanks to the support of the Instituto Cervantes in Utrecht.
