Compost Awareness Day at the Phoenix Garden

Come out to the Phoenix Garden to celebrate International Compost Awareness Week (May 3-9) by getting free resources to be more green and education on reducing waste. Take a tour of our garden with our Spring Interns to check out our Lavender Labyrinth, honeybee hives, compost system, orchard and much more.

Phoenix Garden is hosting Compost Awareness Day in collaboration with the City of San Mateo for the second year! University of California 4-H Spring Interns and Master Gardeners will be providing tours and expert tips about gardening.
