Join us for a FREE group fitness class at Rumble Boxing Riverton, located at Mountain View Village!
Rumble is a 45-minute, high-energy workout that’s half boxing, half strength training. You’ll rotate between the boxing bags and the strength floor while moving at your own pace. This class is designed specifically for first-timers, so we’ll break down the format, walk you through the basics, and make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish.
Expect a dark, nightclub-style room, an amazing playlist, motivating trainers, and a supportive, welcoming community where you’re only competing against yourself.
