Hi everyone �I’m Malika, certified Pilates teacher based in Swords, and I’m starting a brand new 6-week Mat Pilates term this February at the Fingal Liam Rodgers Centre in Drinan.
To welcome new people, I’m running a FREE trial class on Wednesday 21st January from 7pm to 8pm
These classes are perfect if you want to:

✨ Build strength & core stability
✨ Feel more flexible
✨ Move without pain
All levels are welcome (beginners very welcome too!)
Please bring your own mat.
