Competitive Hybrid Conditioning is Jefferson Fit’s advanced performance training class designed to build the strength, endurance, speed, and mental grit required for today’s most demanding hybrid fitness competitions.This class combines functional strength work with intense cardio conditioning through sled pushes, rowing, carries, bodyweight endurance, timed intervals, and full-body performance circuits that challenge both power and stamina.
It is an excellent training option for members preparing for HYROX, obstacle races, endurance events, or anyone looking to improve athletic conditioning and overall work capacity.
