Positions:
- LPN - Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
- RN - Pay Rate: $50 - $65/70 per hour
- CNA - Pay Rate - (Grad/Exp): $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days, 5 sick days per year, 1 week vacation offered after 1 year

Requirements: Please bring these documents with you!
- Proof of Vaccination
- 2 copies of your resume (hardcopy preferred)
- NY State Photo ID
- Social Security card
- New York State CNA/LPN/RN license and registration
- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
- School diploma or completion
CPR /BCLS Card (Optional for CNA role)
