Compassion Meets Code: St. Bridget and ETCOR Partners for a PRC-CPD-Applied Seminar-Workshop on Artificial IntelligenceSt. Bridget College in Batangas City, in partnership with ETCOR, will host a one-day PRC-CPD-applied seminar-workshop titled “Compassion Meets Code: Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Teaching, Guidance, and Social Engagement” on April 17, 2026. The program responds to the growing need for responsible and ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational and social settings. The seminar aims to equip participants with foundational AI knowledge while reinforcing the core values of compassion, learner welfare, social engagement, and professional judgment.
The face-to-face seminar-workshop will explore practical applications of AI in lesson planning, learner profiling, intervention planning, assessment, and school-based decision-making. Participants will engage in interactive lectures, ethical scenario analyses, hands-on AI-assisted instructional design, and collaborative action planning sessions. Emphasizing both digital pedagogical skills and ethical responsibility, the program ensures that AI serves as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for human discernment and educator expertise.
