Traditional Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) - the most famous Chinese oolong tea. There have been many other styles developed due to its popularity, but we will be enjoying the most classic version. Our Tie Guan Yin is produced by Mr. Wang (王文庆), a 4th generation tea maker and the national Chinese patent holder of the traditional craftsmanship method.
Taiwan Dong Ding Oolong - Taiwan's iconic oolong tea that embodies the rich history and evolution of Taiwanese oolong tea craftmanship. With its warm, toasted rice aroma, this tea pairs well with pumpkin pie and caramel, making it the perfect cozy tea for fall.
