Bowling Session Options:
Please select the session you would like when registering:
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Individual Bowler – $35
Includes:
• Two hours of bowling
• Shoe rental
• FREE event t-shirt
• Door prize entry
• Access to snack & dessert bar
Additional donations are encouraged to help support mentoring programs.
Family Game Day Package – $40
Includes up to 2 adults and 2 children any additional children may be added for $10 each.

• Access to snack & dessert bar
Participants are encouraged to share the fundraising link with friends and family to support mentoring in our
community.
The Top Individual Fundraiser will receive:

Game Day Information
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled bowling session.
Visit the registration table for:
• Lane assignment
• Door prize ticket
• T-shirt pickup
Enjoy bowling, music, raffles, prizes, and our snack/dessert bar!
Teams of 4–6 bowlers will also receive a large pizza and pop for their team.
