Join the VIMFF for a fun, community group yoga led by Modo Yoga teacher Lisa on Saturday, June 22 from 3:00pm-3:45pm at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver!
This event is by donation with a suggested amount of $10. All proceeds from ticket sales go to support the VIMFF Society and help to cover the event costs.
Join Lisa R for an energizing afternoon flow class! Postures are linked with breath and movement creating a fluid, accessible practice rooted in vinyasa yoga, all are welcome.
After the class, you’ll receive a free drink ticket (non-alcoholic options available) to be used at the beer garden at the VIMFF Summer Fest. This is a free, family-friendly outdoor film event, from 1:00pm-8:30pm at the Shipyards.
Please bring your own mat if possible.
